A snaking, biting ethyl is pronounced. On the palate, cooked agave defines the profile, blending smoothly with sweet oak, petrichor and an earthy undertone. Wintergreen is the core, complemented by, barrel spice, anise, cinnamon, vanilla, and a hint of herbal dryness, with subtle citrus tang and a gentle whiskey sweetness. The finish dries gracefully, blending light grassiness and earthiness with lingering notes of oak, pepper, light dry whiskey, and a consistent mineral note.
