Originally a Texas based company, it is now owned by the Kilkenny family in California, and they have a solid and interesting line of tequilas.
Alright...I WANT to love this one. The anejo is one of my favorites. I know the brand is organic and well crafted, so here goes...
The process description says charcoal filtration. Unusual for a Blanco. It takes away some of the flavor characteristics.
