Fine on its own. Good for solid mixed drink

Recommended by Farris at Liquid Experience as a "sleeper" tequila. It's a bit spicy on the tongue but it goes well with the strong cinnamon flavor. Not sure if the bottle was worth the $50 but glad I tried it.
Oak and agave with some custard notes in the mouth. Light vanilla, barrel spice and a tangy finish make this older bottle dated 25/05/06 a real treat. Synthetic cork takes all the credit. Natural cork is for nostalgia, not longevity of the contents.
