aroma : very sweet sugary smell some agave and caramel along with pepper notes taste : agave pepper and caramel with flavors of oak finish : moderate finish but very mellow agave pepper and oak very similar to the blanco with aditional caramel and oak notes the aging smoothed everything out a bit and some sugars on the nose
NOM 1472 Nicely spicy from the 49.5% ABV the majority is from the French oak this spends its time in.
