Tequila Honey Badger
Finish being very short holds this back. Nice viscosity along with a bunch of agave and pepper. Not very sweet this borders on bitter which gives it some character.
Aroma of fruit (apple/pear) along with cooked agave. Initially, some significant alcohol in the aroma but after 5+ minutes that fades away. Flavor has a nice initial heat with black pepper and cinnamon. Short finish with a little bitter almond. 4/17/2022
