Aroma: Initial notes of agave and vanilla. After that, it settles into caramel and a subtle hint of rye. Flavor: Definite spice which I assume comes from the rye. There are other hints of caramel and cooked agave. Finish: the finish is dry and smooth. Hangs around in your mouth and slowly works it's way down the back of your throat.
