Nose: Cinnamon and brown sugar on warm buttered toast, topped with almond & vanilla spiked whipped cream. Delicate ripe agave notes with light pepper. Flavor: Semi oily with pronounced pepper upon first tasting; as well as a slight soapy cilantro nuance present. Fruitiness emerges as it opens up, with creamy anise and “hottish” cinnamon.
