For the price point, this blanco over delivers. Citrus, herbal, light mint and pepper. Short to medium finish Great for cocktails or a sipper
This stuff was decent. Solid nose of pepper, citrus, a little mint and cooked agave. On the palette you get much of the same with a little minty, medium length finish. Overall, decent for the price.
Nice, oily legs in the glass. Aroma of cooked agave, black pepper, alcohol, citrus and a hint of mint. Flavor of cooked agave, black pepper, alcohol and a touch of smoke. I'm not sure where that came from. Finish is medium-long. This was a gift, but the online price looks very reasonable.
Sweet agave and a touch of smoke. However there is an off note there that distracts me from the good things, kind of like Pine/Detergen/Mint. I prefer the aged expressions.
citrus, cinnamon, vanilla and agave on the aroma. carries through on the flavor with pepper and alcohol on the tongue. numbing on the roof of the mouth. mint and pepper on the retrohale. lingering finish. for about $27-29 it's decent
This is the house brand of NOM1558, Premium de Jalisco. They are located near Mazamitla, Jalisco, MX; in the mountains several miles south of Lake Chapala. They are fermenting at 7200 ft above sea level where it takes longer to ferment and distill due to the higher altitude. Let’s nose it. Tierra Noble Blanco 40% ABV - 80 proof has a floral and fragrant nose. It’s like clean laundry, crisp agave, lemon zest and some earthy peppers all came together. Its very pleasant which for me means that there aren’t any offensive notes or excessive alcohol vapors. The scents aren’t bold but they are well balanced. Let’s taste it. The tastes are bolder than the scents. There’s a nice punch of cooked agave up front. You can taste the natural sweetness of the caramelized agaves. The citrus then appears, it's light and zesty. Then some mild vegetal peppers show up and continues into the medium finish. Overall it’s a nice well balanced tequila. It’s not too bold or too light. It’s very affordable and it will make great cocktails and it holds up as a sipper too!
Subtle cooked agave, minty and fresh, super smooth.
Nose and taste of vanilla cream, a little bit of smoke, citrus and fruit, spice, earthy and mint. It's ok for the price of 27.99 but I wouldn't buy it for any higher, as there are others that are much better in that or a slightly higher price bracket.
Mint & pepper are firmly in charge, not a ton of pure agave on the nose or pallet. The mouthfeel is a plus, feels like you could get out tough stains with this.
Roast agave on first sip. Nice lingering finish.
Lote 22 edit from initial rating... First sniff hit me with alcohol. Next came pepper, mint, agave and a nutty note - maybe peanut, or walnut. After the nose came disappointment.... A burning bitterness with strange sweet notes. However on retasting, I found more baked agave coming through. Finish was hot, and a touch bitter. Tried again November 5, 2019. This may have improved in the bottle over the last couple of years... I’m liking it better tonight.
Alcohol and fake sweetner aromas. flavor is too sweet, and finish is rough and scratchy. Great packaging, but the contents don't live up to the expectations.
Aromas of cream soda and alcohol that opens up to a varnish defect. Creamy mouthfeel but varnish finish. Sweet with an astringency in the back.
Clean agave, vanilla and a hint of white pepper on the nose. Extremely clean simple agave on the pallet, tiny natural hint of vanilla. Clean agave again on the finish. Extremely long finish, kinda thicker viscosity, it coats the mouth and is extremely smooth going down. Made just like lalo and tastes just like it but the agave is more intense and it has a smooth very long finish. Closer to fortaleza than lalo though. Delicious bargain of a tequila, goes for 50 usd in Mexico, anything under that is a bargain.
citrus earthy, pepper less sweet more traditional tequila
Agave, mineral, alcohol on the nose. Palate I got agave, mint, pepper Finish agave, pepper, alcohol stayed hot for a while- but finished long with redeeming cooked agave Not bad overall. Glad I tried but not high up.
bit herbal citrus mint lightly sweet fruity well balanced
Vainilla, herbs, banana
This is actually better than expected.
Agave, sweet, citrus, pepper
Aroma: crisp, clean, minerals, pepper, a little mint and alcohol. Nothing too strong. Taste: minerals, very little agave, pepper, some vegetal notes Mouth Feel: Pretty smooth from start to finish. Clean on the palette. Doesn't linger too long
Initially Peppery but then herbaceous. Soft feeling but not silky
Lote: TNB070, bottled on 11-07-2023, tasted on 10-7-23. Aroma: cooked agave with medium sweetness, light acidity, light citrus note. The agave note becomes sweeter. Clean, crisp & simple. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour & acidic balance but it is subtle and not complex. Finish is medium, light sweet cooked agave with a touch of citrus note persists.
Light on the nose, strong peppery notes on the tongue. Strong but short finish. Very lovely tequila

Aroma: cooked agave, citrus: lemon zest, light floral undertones, green, brine Flavor: vegetal: green pepper, some alcohol burn on a initial taste but sitting for just a minute the notes really open up: orange blossom, citrus, green mango Finish: soft, lightly viscous, some pepper short to medium Excellent price point!
