Nose: Minerals, root vegetables, vanilla and a trace of medicinal “skunkiness”. Some cinnamon and a little mint. Flavor: Sweet baked agave, spiciness with anise and white pepper. Nice mouth feel. Finish: Long finish of pepper and almonds. This has a tax stamp from 10 years ago and was priced at $149 pesos = $8.00 US. From the NOM of Don Abraham.
