Mexican 35% abv. versión, LOTE060721091, bottled on 16 NOV 06, tasted on 3-29-24. Color: light yellow. Aroma: cooked agave, agave fibers, light citrus, hint of orange peel, light acidity, vanilla, hint of wood note, intensity of aromas feel higher than its 35% abv. Palate: confirms aromas perceived but quite subtle on the palate and ends slightly bitter. Finish is short to medium, hint of cooked agave, light citrus, light vanilla and a light astringent note persists.
