Quite floral, like a carnation, on the nose yet the taste is all agave and citrus. Some alcohol on the finish provides a bit of numbing but there isn't any pepper or spice to speak of. Not a run of the mill bottle either with a cork that is one of the bigger I have ever seen for a tequila bottle.
