pepper and olive flavour. nice warm finish. Bought at half price 215 pesos. I like it and would buy again :)
Much better Añejo out there. Strong alcohol aroma overpowers most everything else. Surprisingly the taste didn’t reflect that. I’d give a taste profile but it’d be bullshit so I won’t lie. Finish had a bite to it. Not one I’d add to my collection
This tasted better in the store. I think I meant to buy the reposado. Lots of olive/herbal flavours in the añejo. Starts with a sweetness but that salty finish sticks around.
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a bottle because it’s not well distributed in the US, but I just remember how much I love it. Smooth like a fine scotch. Pleasing like a fine woman. Hard to find like a Sasquatch.
Bottled 07/10/2014. Black cherry, brown sugar and caramelized agave notes. A bit burnt and syrupy nose. Nothing fresh nor essential/zesty on the palate with a faint, sugary finish. Lacking real Agave focus. Average quality. Rating: 14.5/20 Tasted in 11/2018, Beijing Taster: Zekun Shuai
