Lote: L-010322BP, acquired recently, tasted on 4-26-24. Aroma: raw agave, quite intense herbaceous notes, hint of mint, acidity, quite sour, raw agave fiber, hint of pepper spiciness, wood spices like cinnamon, light green vegetal notes, minerality. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, spices are quite intense, through my retronasal I smell minerality. Finish is medium to long, light raw agave, light acidity, light sour and herbal notes persist.
