NOM 1443 | The aroma greets with inviting notes of minerality, caramel, oak, light smoke, minuscule brine, and light candied yams. The taste is quite delicious, with prominent minerality, cooked agave, and dried fruit (tangerine) adding a citrusy tang. Caramel and butterscotch complement the diminutive brine and light candied yams. A pepperiness enhances the oak notes while allowing the herbal agave flavor to shine, creating a thin yet flavorful palate with a tasteful grassy note. The finish consists of fading agave and light alcohol, with a persistent herbal quality and fading brine.
NOM 1443 | Decent sipper for an amazing price. Only had a sample but was pleasantly surprised. This was only $29 at the store by me!
Pleasant Fruity and peppery aroma . Ditto for the flavor . A bit warm on the finish , but very sippable . Purchased at discount Costco price so a few extra value points . Overall , a decent tequila .
NOM 1443 | I’ve got to say. This Tequila tastes like a $150 a bottle. I paid $30… well done at this price point!
The batch (lote) under review is L759DVR1123. COLOR: Light straw yellow AROMA PROFILE: Cooked & raw agave forward – There are also prominent aromas of oak/barrel, baking spices (cinnamon & cloves), vanilla, caramel, herbal/vegetal notes reminiscent of green Bell Pepper & jalapeño (the mesocarp & not the skin or seeds), light black pepper, light citrus & other fruits, & tobacco. There is some ethanol on the nose and the vanilla and caramel becomes more prominent as it aerates. PALATE: Largely mirrors the nose – Cooked & raw (musky) agave forward, baking spices from the nose, black pepper, oak/barrel notes, herbal/vegetal notes (green Bell Pepper & jalapeño), citrus peel, light fruity notes, vanilla & caramel, salinity, and minerality. The flavor profile is very earthy, like the nose, and leans to the drier rather than the sweeter side, though it gets sweeter the longer it aerates, though without losing its peppery spiciness. Balanced ethanol on the palate. MOUTHFEEL: Medium viscosity FINISH: Fairly short (4-5 seconds)
NOM 1443 | Similar to the blanco, Nose is agave forward, a little oak and vegetal. Taste is agave, sweet oak, the. black pepper and ethanol on the finish. Good value. Would make sense to stock as a mixer.
NOM 1443 | Aroma: agave, black pepper, alcohol, citrus Taste: agave, black pepper, earth Finish: medium finish agave, black pepper. $30 local ABC store. A decent budget blanco for cocktails
NOM 1443 | Peppery, spicy, caramel
This one is ok. On the nose is alcohol and vanilla. Taste has carmel and vanilla and muted agave. Not the best and not the worse.
NOM 1443 | Cities and mineral aroma with slightly sweet smell. Taste has lots of citrus and sweet caramel mixed in. Smooth finish.
NOM 1443 | Not bad for the price and it’s organic if you are into that. Can be sipped over ice without regret lol or would be a nice one for mixers. It was a while ago I tried the blanco and I wasn’t too impressed with it I don’t recall if that was from a different NOM but this one out of 1443 is pretty good
Bought this because I loved the blanco couldn't wait to try the repo and although it's nice on its own.. I don't think it mixes well as the blanco.. it's a nice smooth finish.. sweet up top but in a cocktail it loses some of it'd luster.. I really like this but love the blanco
NOM 1443 | Delicious budget sipper. I really enjoyed this reposado with its caramel agave taste.
NOM 1443 | Very nice…wow. The aroma starts out as Caramel oak and vanilla with a hint of agave. The taste is delightful. This is a gem for the price…wow. It’s oily agave with light pepper- a vanilla caramel light barrel spice that finishes long. Aftertaste is enjoyable- I did not want it to end.
kind of hot on back end and not a great taste profile or nose. Just overall fair
The smell and taste really caught me off guard: very much like rubbing alcohol with a very slight agave hint. It was almost tasteless, despite being a reposado. It made me think vodka instead of tequila. Not bad, but probably a better mixer than a sipper.
NOM 1443 | Rather light on nose and palette, but doesn’t seem to have anything artificial
Good value .. the 80 proof has a nice finish . not to much vanilla.
NOM 1443 | Very sippable and smooth
Lot 185. Nice sipping & on ice. Agave, slight oak, slight caramel, easy finish.
I have to say I was quite surprised at how much better the reposado is than the blanco. I choked on the blanco but the reposado is favorably smooth and well balanced between the agave sweet and pepper heat. The Anejo is good but I think I prefer the reposado.

NOM 1443 | This reposado has a light, barrel-like flavor with some fruit and cinnamon notes. It has a bit of an alcohol presence in the finish that lingers. Overall, for the price, I think it’s a great starter tequila or for cocktails.
