Big agave nose with vanilla, sharp ripe fruit and light pepper. No overbearing oak present. Flavor: Silky sweet agave, pepper, an undercurrent of butterscotch, round barrel spices and a hint of citrus rind. Finish is medium long with butterscotch and warming pepper.
