I’m picking up agave, lime, and pepper on both the nose and taste, with a medium finish and nice tears clinging to the glass. Going back to it I get some pineapple on the nose, and taste now has a very slight smoky earthy note. It sips nice enough and the citrus with pepper pop should make for a great margarita.
