Aroma of alcohol, wet cement and metalic. Where is the agave? Flavor of black pepper, brine/salt and herbal. Medium finish.

Not bad, not good, tastes like Cristalino. Has an acetone finish that I don’t love but this is very shootable if chilled.

No agave aroma or flavor, just chemical/process/industrial aromas/flavors.

Heavy alcohol on the nose. A couple drops of water to open this up and you will find agave and citrus. The taste starts off medicinal and is improved drinking this on ice. You will find citrus and pepper easily and in the finish I found a note of caramel.

I like what Espolòn provides for the value. This has a pretty good aroma, and I like the citrus in the aroma and taste. I also get a peppery finish with a clean agave and alcohol taste. I also think this has a nice smokiness to the taste too.

Drank after dinner. Dinner was pulled pork sandwich and salt and vinegar chips. The drink started strong and meh. On about sip 3-5 it started to open and bring some good taste. Generally not a fan of Cristalinos as they are more expensive then their Anjeo twins with less flavor but this is good. Dropped a ice block in about 15 sips in and it became very enjoyable.
