Aroma of vanilla and maybe citrus. No agave to be found. The first flavor that struck me was marshmallow... yikes! Maybe some vanilla and a hint of white pepper. Not much finish.

Alcohol forward aroma followed by apple. No cooked agave. Flavor shows cantaloupe with watermelon. Vanilla notes linger with some oak but it is astringent with alcohol finish. Literature says additive free, but when challenged the rep said it is self proclaimed, not through independent testing.

NOM 1602 | Sweet notes like berries, pear

NOM 1602 | Strong, lots of spice, hint of smoke in the finish.

NOM 1629 | Black Cherry with agave notes faint at the end.

Very vodka like
