On the nose: cooked agave with hint caramel/vanilla and fruit notes. Light color due to using fresh french oak barrels that were use for their anejo, then re-use for the reposado. Taste: medium body cooked agave, a hint of anise flavor with lasting soft caramel palate. Overall, good tequila considering it’s kosher, organic and additive free.
