NOM 1414 | Citrus light aroma green apple like. Peppery with some burn with clear agave flavors. Not a lot of legs, but still has body. Lingers on the tinge and lips.
NOM 1414 | Nice nose. Cooked agave and fruit. A touch of vanilla. Citrus, primarily lemon and lime. The taste is well balanced with sweet agave, vanilla minerals and black pepper. A little bit of alcohol bite. Finish is a bit watery. Overall, this is good.

There’s some good balance to the taste profile but the nose is weak…still good smells on the nose, just very faint. Enjoyable though simple.
Bright nose, subtle palate. Easy sipper
Smell is very pleasing. Light sweet cooked agave, good minerality, black pepper notes. Long finish
Aroma of cooked agave up front and serious with a tinge of vegetal, vanilla, cotton candy, and very slight ginger notes. Flavor of agave, licorice, vanilla, black pepper and slight green pepper. Viscosity is a bit too watery for my personal preference, akin to Mijenta but still hokds flavors to the finish.
NOM 1414 Aroma: raw agave, musky, black pepper, lemon zest, Palate: agave, sweet but a bit bitter, medium viscosity, short finish with a little heat at the very end.
Tequila General Gorostieta NOM 1414 Aroma: Initial notes of crisp and raw agave, white pepper, herbal and fruity notes. Definitely let it open up to enjoy its majestic organoleptic profile. You’ll be delighted! Taste: Cooked agave is prominent but also complimented by some herbal touches of sage/lemongrass and Los Altos petrichor. In addition you will taste sweet remarks of green apple and pear that evolves into a slight bell pepper/spearmint bite to it. Overall the profile offers a Mineral & Tannic sensation. Slightly briny notes at the end. Medium finish This is a blanco tequila that must sit in your bar! Highly recommended
Not overly complex but has some nice flavors, pepper, cinnamon, agave just a little bit of vanilla. I like this and would definitely drink again.

NOM 1579 | Aroma: very minerals, lots of mint slight alcohol. Mint really opens up. A little lime as well. Hints of spearmint. Taste: lots of alcohol upfront. Smooth. Nose. Hides its secrets Mouth: oily silky slippery Palate: nice bit of bitter spice and barely there sweetness Complex, some nice layers and nuances This is good stuff
This rating is from a NOM 1499 bottle. Agave forward aroma with pepper, mineral and earth notes on the palate. Lingering pepper and alcohol on the tongue. I will have to try the newer version.
Flavor: agave, agave, and more agave with gentle black pepper and light anise-like sweetness. not the most complex tequila I have had, but everything here is great.

Thick and oily in the mouth, this has the signature El Pandillo back end that lingers on the tongue and palate for several minutes. Roast agave, some minerality, great mouthfeel. Really enjoyable sample tequila.diva, thanks.
