On the nose: I’m getting bright citrus right up front — pineapple, grapefruit, lime, and a hint of white flowers. There’s this freshness that feels very Tequila Valley — earthy, clean, and floral. On the palate: Sweet cooked agave right away, with layers of lemongrass, herbal spice, and that peppery tingle that lingers just long enough. It’s silky, not hot Finish: Medium-long, clean, and crisp — with just a little citrus zest at the end.

Cooked agave forward. A little herbal and vegetal. Very floral. Good minerality. Slightly alcohol finish.

good tequila that doesn't scream additives, however the agave comes across as very "green" as if they harvested their plants too early. An analogy I use is this reminds me of eating unripe green bananas before they turn a nice yellow color. This tastes too green for my palate.
