Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, aromatic green vegetal notes, light acidity, light earthiness, hint of white pepper, after 15 minutes in the glass a light citrus note emerges and agave note becomes sweeter. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance, light to medium bodied. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave, hint of aromatic vegetal notes, slightly earthy, acidic and citrus notes persist.
