Tasted the tequila matchmaker mystery blind On the nose I get some minerals cooked Agave a little bit of concrete A nice sweetness I get some cooked agave and some mineral earthiness flavor as dark as it is I’m expecting some barrel notes but I’m only getting a hint of vanilla and caramel a little bit of oak but not as much as I expected a little bitterness On the finish it’s got a nice long finish very mild a little bit of pepper
