40% abv. version, acquired recently, tasted on 6-3-24. Aromas: light cooked agave, light acidity, light citrus, slightly herbal, light green vegetal notes, hint of earthiness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and citrus balance. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave with light sweetness, light herbal notes, hint of green vegetal notes and a hint of earthiness persists.
