NOM 1479 | Veteran-owned, cause-driven brand that recently changed distilleries and recipes. This Blanco is pleasant overall. A bit too much sugar cookie aroma for purists. A fair bit of ginger and cinnamon flavor for a Blanco. Would make a tasty ranch water as it has quite a bit of pop but a very approachable (although short) finish. Seems fairly heavily filtered, and $69 for a Blanco is an aggressive price.

NOM 1479 | Saw this got a gold medal at the SF World Spirit Competition and picked one up. Can sip it neat no problem. Even better to level up your margs.

NOM 1438 | I get a good bit of agave on the nose (glencairn glass) it’s sweet but doesn’t taste artificial to me. Likely the suggestion but I get a sense of brine/salt in the finish. It has a nautical theme
