Rio Lerma 2026 | This is the second release of the Terroir Select line, (as opposed to Ocho’s traditional single estate). These agaves come from different fields in the same region. I tasted this expression side-by-side next to a single estate plata, and this release is noticeably earthier, more complex, more robust than a typical Ocho Plata. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to see what the third release will bring!
