Mexican 35% abv. version, LOTE 08/10 04 JVO, bottled aprox. 2004, tasted on 10-29-23. Color: light yellow. Aroma: raw agave, vegetal notes, fresh cut grass, earthy, a hint of dirt. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, agave note is slightly sweet on the palate. Light acidity. Finish is medium, a hint of cooked agave with light acidity and earthy notes persist.
