Nose : Some initial fruitiness, that rapidly gives way to the aroma I found in the blanco - smokiness and essence of tires. Some spices try to fight their way out of this dominant “cheap Mezcal” aroma, but they fail to really emerge... Flavor: Pepper, anise, a drop of honey and bitter smokey burning tires. This can’t be the intended flavor profile?!?
