Lote 2 Bottle #13 Bright agave nose. Berries, butterscotch, brown sugar and pumpkin spices. Taste: Agave, anise, intense fruit and spices. Rich mouth feel with nice pepper balance. Opulent brûlée and pepper finish.

Light straw color with some floaters, much like the blanco had. Complex unique nose: Cherry, berry, vanilla, lemon, lemon rind and almonds. Crazy flavors (in a good way):Pepper, earth, ripe agave, ripe fruits and snickerdoodle spices. Maybe a touch of mustiness. Pepper, cookie spices and agave linger in harmony.

Lote 1 Bottle #00071 Crystal colored with a little floculation. Long quick lágrimas. Ripe agave nose with some earth notes. Round ripe fruit overtones. Palate of nuts, anise, vanilla and light pepper. Pepper grows on finish with vanilla hanging in there. Bought this on a whim, and like it.

Lots of butter in the aroma. Light in color, nice balance between cooked agave and oak.

LOTE CAPOTEANE100002, bottled on 23-10-2014. Color: yellow to dark yellow. Aroma: cooked agave, slightly acidic, very light vanilla & wood notes, slightly bitter. Alcohol sensation is medium. Palate: cooked agave, slightly acidic, good sweet, sour & acidic balance. Finish is medium to long, cooked agave with light vanilla and wood notes persist.
