“This is where the agave starts telling a much deeper story. The first impression is beautifully layered — deep roasted agave wrapped in polished oak, with subtle notes of warm spice, dried citrus, and delicate florals developing as it opens in the glass. On the palate, it becomes incredibly expressive. Rich cooked agave leads the way, followed by mellow oak, a touch of peppery spice, and nuanced citrus that brings just enough brightness to keep the richness in balance. The texture is silky, warm, and remarkably composed, with the barrel adding depth without completely overshadowing the character of the agave. And the finish… long, warming, and elegant — leaving behind sweet agave, seasoned oak, gentle spice, and a lingering citrus brightness. An Añejo that rewards you for slowing down and actually paying attention to what’s in the glass. BajaRriba Añejo — complex, layered, and meant to be savored.”

“On the nose, there’s a beautiful depth of roasted agave, warm oak, and delicate florals, followed by subtle hints of cooked fruit and fresh citrus. The palate is where it really opens up: rich and rounded agave, layered with gentle oak, a touch of white pepper spice, and a bright citrus character that keeps the sweetness beautifully balanced. The finish is long, clean, and surprisingly elegant, leaving behind soft oak, agave sweetness, and a lingering peppery warmth. Smooth enough to sip slowly, but complex enough to keep discovering something new with every taste.”

“BajaRriba’s Plata opens with the rich aroma of baked agave, followed by a smooth, full agave flavor, As you taste it, you’ll notice a burst of white pepper through the middle, finishing clean with bright citrus zest and delicate floral notes, It’s bold enough to keep your attention, but smooth enough to keep coming back for another sip. It is delicious ”
