Despite the obstacles 2020 brought, sales of tequila have soared. To look at exactly how the industry changed in 2020, I asked a panel of tequila experts to weigh in.
El Diamante del Cielo Reposado On the nose I detect some light sweet agave and then some orange zest and virgin white oak. I taste agave and honey up front and then some orange bitters on the mid pallet and on the back end i get the oak. The finish is sweet and then turns to pepper. I’m no bartender but I think this repo would do well in a cocktail. I’d like more of a nose but the flavors are good.
