This tequila I tasted is actually the newer version from NOM1580. It is an agave shaped bottle, wider in the middle, blue color. I tasted the Casa Mosto, Acre Largo and Agave Dos Mil Gran Reserva Platino, all 3 blancos from the same NOM1580 and all 3 are quite similar. Tasted on 7-25-25. This tequila is really similar to the Casa Mosto blanco, and I feel that I couldn’t tell them apart in a blind tasting, so I paste the same notes for the Casa Mosto below: Aroma: raw agave, mineral, hint of cinnamon, light spiciness, light acidity, slightly herbaceous, after 20 minutes in the glass I can smell a hint of sweet cooked agave note, very subtle but present. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, quite spicy on the palate, minerality and stale water sensation through my retronasal, ends a tad sour. Finish is medium to medium long, light raw agave, minerality, hint of herbaceousness with a hint of sweetness persists.
