Aroma: raw agave, acidity, light sourness, after 20 minutes in the glass a hint of dark flower petal aroma emerges, becomes slightly more sour but mixed with the raw agave note makes it quite expressive for 40% abv. Light aromatic green vegetal notes. Palate: confirms aromas perceived but a mineral note is evident through my retronasal, not my favorite, briny sensation. Finish is medium to medium long, raw agave, light minerality with a briny sensation persists. ”
