instructive but, like my prom night, ends too soon. Whiskey drinkers will find this a good entry tequila.
Lot: L01ABJR17, bottled on 01-06-2017, Mexican 38% abv. version, tasted on 6-28-25. Color: yellow to light yellow. Aroma: light cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, hint of acidity, hint of citrus, after 20 minutes in the glass the cooked agave note becomes a tad sweeter. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, hint of vanilla, ends a tad bitter. Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave with a hint of vanilla persists.
