Nose: Butterscotch, ripe fruit, some mineral notes and a touch of fennel. Flavor: Semi viscous, with butterscotch, vanilla, anise, and white pepper. Finish is medium long with pepper and caramel predominant. Hints of bitterness detract a bit.
