Mexican 38% abv. version, round bottle with black plastic twist cap and fun stopper. Lote: OO 2966, marbete is aprox. from year 2000, tasted on 10-6-24. Aroma: light raw agave, herbaceous, mineral, light dirt, hint of cereal distillate aroma, after 20 minutes a whiff of sweet cooked agave emerges. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, cooked agave is slightly sweeter on the palate. Finish is medium to almost medium long, light raw agave, light herbaceous with mineral notes and a subtle dirt aroma persists.
