NOM 1522 | Mexican 38% abv. versión, lote: LE2294K, bottled on 16-12-2021, tasted on 10-20-23. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, light resinous sweetness, light stone fruit sweetness, light acidity, slightly herbaceous. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, light anise, good sweet sour and acidic balance but at the end it feels thin. Finish is slighter longer than medium length, light sweet cooked agave with good balance and a anise sensation persists.
NOM 1522 | This blanco tequila delivers a bittersweet and flat experience, with subtle herbal, minty, and vegetal nuances. While the herbal elements add some complexity, the overall taste lacks the vibrancy needed to elevate it to a truly engaging blanco.
