NOM 1548 | It’s amazing how far a little oak will go, the nasty finish of the Blanco has been replaced by a rich vanilla flavour that goes for days. Still doesn’t taste like legit tequila.

NOM 1079 | Aroma: slight aroma of cinnamon, agave, vanilla. Taste: maple, cinnamon, agave with a sweet light taste Finish: grassy with a bitter note. Building heat with a sweet overtone but not overpowering.

NOM 1548 | Agave aroma and light caramel flavor with slight burn on finish. Price was low compared to other reposado.

NOM 1548 | Super clean aromas, not pungent. Dryer than average finish. Feels good and earthy in the mouth. The sweet flavors don’t linger.

Overly sweet on the nose, slightly hot. Smooth on the palate, bitter finish. No vegetal notes

Soft and faint agave, hints of sweet baked agave Some slight acetone notes, I’m actually enjoying the faintness here, some slight marzipan is creeping through A little more aggressive than its predecessor, this is actually shaping up to be a decent tequila despite all the critics. Some robust boozy cherry notes, almost like a Black Forest gateau! Medium finish

The nose is floral and fruity but with a touch too much ethanol. Flavour is great; surprisingly chocolatey.
