Aroma: light cooked agave with a hint of raw agave or green vegetal note, light acidity, hint of mint, light black pepper, light citrus, hint of fruitiness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet and sour balance. Finish is medium to almost medium long, light cooked agave with a hint of raw agave, light citrus with a hint of fruitiness persists.
