Aroma: light cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light resinous sweetness, hint of fruitiness, light earthiness, light acidity, hint of acidity, after 20 minutes the cooked agave becomes slightly sweeter and a hint of fermenting agave note emerges, subtle but elegant and fresh. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and citrus balance, light sweet cooked agave aroma through my retronasal.
