Mexican 1 liter bottle, no lot code nor marbete, tasted 10-7-23. Aroma: raw agave, cooked agave with light sweetness, herbaceous, light acidity, light resinous sweetness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour & acidic balance, however, flavors and aromas are subtle. Finish is medium, light sweet cooked agave with balanced acidity persists but not too long.
