Mexican 40% abv. versión, lote: CO140215R, bottled on 14-02-2015, tasted on 10-16-23. Color: yellow. Aroma: sweet cooked agave! Light stone fruit sweetness, light resinous sweetness, slightly herbal, light vanilla, light acidity, light citrus, slightly minty. Quite complex. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance. Finish is medium to long, sweet cooked agave with balanced notes with acidity persists.
