Had at Blue Agave in Ventura. Maybe this is coming back into production or perhaps an old bottle. Everything was mildly sweet from start to finish. There was a maple/caramel nose with a hint of agave. An oily mouth feel caused an easy comfortable finish. The bartender loved this juice but I prefer a bit more pepper and complexity. Nice, not great.
