A sweet fruity blanco tequila, that caught my attention for its crisp and zesty profile that keeps you indulging on it. Can be a versatile tequila as a sipper and a mixology component. Looking forward to explore with it on cocktails: Aroma: Agave is present but somewhat muted for my preference. Would like to know the maturity of the agaves, but can definitely assume its between 5-8 yrs. Also obtained, sweet fruity aromas as apples/pear along with earthy/grassy notes. A subtle back aroma of tangerine and an extremely friendly white pepper presence (please note its a 38% ABV). Minimal alcohol presence, this can be dangerous in the good way! Flavor: A bouquet of fruity notes that keep you wanting more. Eager to know the brix volume of the agaves, and the fermentation process to have such a fun and complex expression. Fruity: apples, pear, nectarine Citrusy: orange, tangerine, orange blossoms Herbal: sweet red bell pepper, sweet mint Spices: white pepper & jalapeno Other: mineral Texture/Finish: Warm sensation and buttery entrance, no harsh alcohol detected. Medium body A must try, definitely on the natural sweet side of tequila. Price is excellent!
