Mexican 35% abv. versión, lote: DCHB01, acquired recently, tasted on 6-5-24. Aromas: hint of green vegetal notes, hint of earthiness, alcohol sensation is medium to medium high maybe due to lack of aromas, after 15 minutes in the glass a hint of cooked agave aroma emerges. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, ends slightly bitter, again, maybe due to medium to medium high alcohol sensation. Finish is short to medium, hint of green vegetal notes with a hint of cooked agave and a hint of acidity persists but not too long.
