Clearly this is a love it or hate it tequila. It’s a very sweet tasting tequila which is why I assume purists aren’t fond of the product. I on the other hand am fond of the blend as it simply tastes great. The aroma is clean with bountiful caramel and hints of fruit. Maybe a bit buttery? The flavour is quite sweet with a wee bit overpowering caramel. The finish is super smooth considering the sweetness. At face value it’s delicious. If you are a purist, the sweetness masks the agave. Tonight I’m on this side of the coin toss and like it, however tomorrow I could easily be on the other side. For now, I recommend you give it a try.

i went to Jalisco and had this where its made. It tastes exactly like the agave they cook in the stone oven. We chewed on some and it was smokey, sweet, and almost had a cinnamon taste. This tequila is smooth and is easy to drink!
