XA9/53A | This nine-year-aged extra añejo tequila (46.9% abv - Barrel 53A) exudes a rich, dark amber glow, offering an intriguing dance of flavors reminiscent of bourbon. XA9/17A | Barrel 17A: The stand out difference to this barrel is the baking spices, cinnamon, clove-ish palate. Oak influence is obviously still there. I feel like the finish on this is longer than the 5A every though the abv is lower than the 5A
XA9/05A | I have quite a few SiB samples will update as I go. Barrel 5A: Nose is has a heavy oak influence and a little agave on it not too much but where this one is different or what stands out to me is the anise on the palate. Didn’t see that in what ppl got but it was really heavy. Now I’m interested in drinking them all tonight.
