NOM 1602, Mexican 35% abv. version: lote: L5DRBTA030321M, bottled on 09-03-2021, tasted on 9-2-24. Color: transparent. Aroma: astringent wood and light soapy aroma maybe imitating raw tamarindo, green vegetal notes, alcohol sensation is very low. Palate: tastes just the way it smells like, intense green vegetal note with a hint of metallic note. Finish is medium to medium long, sugar, green vegetal note with a hint of soapy aroma persists.
