Aroma: Raw Agave, cooked agave, spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, toffee) Taste: Raw Agave, slight sweetness from the cook agave. Citrus, slight hint of cinnamon, and white pepper.

Nose: Sweet cooked agave right up front with a solid hit of black pepper. Subtle layers of oak, caramel, and vanilla peek through, giving it warmth without overpowering that agave core. Taste: Smooth and peppery with roasted agave at the center. Notes of light oak, caramel, and citrus zest develop as it opens up — clean, balanced, and approachable. Finish: Medium-length finish with lingering pepper spice and a gentle fade of vanilla and sweet oak. Simple, honest, and perfectly drinkable neat or over ice. Great price

There’s a ton of black pepper on the aroma and flavor, so if that’s your thing then you’ll be into this. But overall it’s a pretty simple profile, not complex. Safe enough to appeal to a wide range of people. And, the price is right so it’s a decent value. [Lot 1023]

Flavor and aroma nearly match with cooked agave, strong vanilla, hints of caramel and black pepper. There's a hint of buttery in the aroma as well. Citrus hiding in there as well. The finish is a bit dry but not bad. It goes down easy.

A little oak and caramel, followed by the same agave and earthy/funky notes I picked up in the blanco. Decent value Repo at only ~$35
