Aroma, the nose displayed agave, fruit, Apple, the sweetness of caramel and notes of baking spice came through. Palate, the pallet was modestly hit with cooked agave, caramel, Apple and cinnamon. leaving a sweet cinnamony mouthfeel. Finish, felt it to be medium with a sweet apple and caramel flavor that faded into a peppery cinnamon burn that lingered until the end overall, this Repo was a light sipper that gives you a sweet pepper mix with a delightful finish. the first sip was very prominent on the palate on, the following samples were more balanced and even with the sweetness and pepper, I would suggest this Reposado.
